With over 13 years of management experience prior to entering the legal profession, Mrs. Gibbs brings extensive experience in leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and strategic decision-making to her legal practice. Mrs. Gibbs has developed valuable experience in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution, including appearances before the Alberta Court of Justice, applications before the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and participation in mediation, arbitration, Mandatory Intake Triage (MIT) conferences, pretrial conferences, and settlement negotiations.
